Leacey Brown

Leacey E. Brown is a gerontologist advocating for broader discussions about aging and older adults. She currently serves as the SDSU Extension Gerontology Field Specialist. The troubleshooting skills she gained as a member of the U.S. Air Force enhanced her professional capacity, allowing her to break aging-related issues into more manageable parts; these parts allow and ease into meaningful understanding. She is convinced that many of the challenges we face as we age could be addressed through innovations in home, technology, and community design.
