Kristen Fischer

Kristen M. Fischer, LMSW, NSW-C is a masters-prepared social worker, who has worked with kidney and pancreas transplant recipients at Sanford Health for the past 23 years. She has also served on Sanford’s Clinical Ethics Committee for nearly 15 years, and most recently has lead efforts to address and mitigate staff moral distress. Kristen has given numerous presentations at the local, regional and national level. She is the founder of Kristen M Fischer Consulting and provides healthcare content expertise for organizations working to elevate their efforts in Ethics and ESG.
