Nicolelli, AIA, NCARB, CAPS, Architect is an award-winning architect licensed in Minnesota and California, is a certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) with expertise in universal design and has 45 years of experience in residential architecture. Gene will walk us through the “HomeFit Guide” and share his own advice on modifications that help people stay at home where they want to be.
